VMWare Workstation 6 on Fedora Core 9

Had a few problems trying to get Fedora Core 9 working with VMWare Workstation 6, finally I came across a link to this (unofficial) version of the any-any updates which have enabled previous versions of Fedora Core to work: http://download.rsbac.org/tmp/vmware-any-any-update117.tar.gz

Download, unpack, ./runme and follow the instructions and you're good to go. The link was found here
